My consultant Kim D. was very helpful and friendly when she came to my house to give the estimate for my roof replacement. She got my financing set up for me that same day and the work was preformed in a timely fashion. Such a peace of mind since my new roof was installed and no longer leaks! Harris tyler was very good at his presitation of the shingles and help us to choose the best options for financing the roof he was very nice and knew the shingle materials for what we needed if u need a roof I would go with him and his company hands down the best
Tyler our sales rep was diligent in taking care of all of our needs. Any issues, where taken care of. Roof looks great. Many rain storms and no leaks. Wind mitigation report was excellent. We will be getting our insurance discount due to the roof being 160mpr rated. Guardian is one of two companies in the state of Florida that provides the Titan Roof.
Great experience with a roof replacement. Very professional work crew even in the smoldering heat they work for hours only breaking for lunch , it took a coupe of days to finish the project and everything was left clean and in order . Tyler Harris was very helpful in walking me thru this process and making sure that I was completely satisfied when the job was complete .
I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Harris. He was phenomenal explained everything from start to finish and even a follow up. I was extremely overwhelmed because I needed a new roof and did not know where to start. I’m thankful for this program And especially the customer service I got from Tyler.
