I stand in front of cashier for almost one minute waiting to pay, the two lady staff keep chatting and ignored me until I ask, then only start to slowly scan my stuffs. I told twice I want to pay by TNG, she still showing me the credit card machine.... 20 July 2025, abt 730-7.45pm, the security guard blocked my way from entering then stared at me. he then raised his hands to block me again and then walked off. he was drunk or high on something.

I visited Guardian at JBCC a few weeks ago and was quite surprised by how their security system operates. While I fully understand the importance of preventing shoplifting—and appreciate that staff and security provide shopping bags to help manage this—I found the experience rather uncomfortable. As I was browsing and trying to focus on selecting the items I needed, I noticed a security guard closely watching me from the entrance.
