Asked to get my medication and they said I had to wait because other people were ahead of me pharmacist made me wait as long as she originally said and then couldn't find 1 of TEN vials in their system. I now can't take my medication until Monday. Doesn't even make sense
They call themselves selves Guardian pharmacy but do not honor there flyers pricing so why be a guardian pharmacy then same as Pharmasave on James Street they do not honor there flyer pricing so will never support them if they will not support there flyer !!!! Guess I will.stick to shoppers and rexall at least they follow there flyer pricing !
Shannon helped me get a scooter after the pandemic & then I needed a new walker & she said she's got some coming in etc she gave me an appointment to go sign paperwork & she said she overbooked & canceled my appointment & she said she'd call back with an appointment but nothing & today Aug 20 2025 Wed I got a call from ODSP saying am I in need of a walker i said oh yes this one I've got i got in April 2010 no parts avaliable at all so ODSP said she's sending the approval for the assessment right away & Shannon said she doesn... read more
