Worst scammers on the planet – I did not provide a rating thats how bad they are. On a refi loanthey gave us a negative amoritization loan and know we owe 30,000 more than what we refinanced with example a 360,000 loan is now a whopping 390,000 loan, o did I also say adjustable rate. This is the number one reason why the market is where it is. Yes they will stroke you and tell you lies so it sounds good but in the end its all lies and missleading. FRAUD FRAUD
Hi. I refinanced with Guardian First and my mortgage is $3500 a month while I bring home $4000 a month, My rate is going to go up in June by $700 so you do the math...I should be kicked out of my house by October. I called the rep and he is currently working on a NEW loan to keep me in the house.Let's see how he does. I will write again. It's been a week and a half since I last spoke with him.
