Shawn arrived on time as scheduled. His installation for my home security was flawless. He is very knowledgeable and was very professional. He explained the setup and answered all my questions. I am very happy.
I had a fire in my house this morning. The system did not work. My $13 alarm from Walmart alerted me. I called guardian and they said there will be a $25 copay to check the system????! Are you kidding me I have a two and 4 year old child in my home. Spoke with loyalty section (Omar) they said that the earliest they could come is Tuesday and that cancelling the service would be $750.
