Hit and miss. Some of the staff in pharmacy are helpful, kind, and discreet. Had a very negative experience with another who was curt, dismissive of questions, and negative to interact with. Acted as if I should know the answers to the questions I was asking (I wouldn’t ask if I did!). Not sure if the phone cut out or she just stopped responding, but that was a negative end to the call, too.
Stayed late to help my little girl get her meds she needed went above and beyond so knowledgeable and kind
There are so many things that I love about this pharmacy! The staff have always helped me- whether it was to find an alternative or call my health care provider to follow up on a prescription or even to make recommendations
