I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to. We've had issues with this bank previously but this is the most recent situation. Guardian Credit Union is a JOKE! I would strongly advise not using them. We have a loan we have been trying to pay off. We wanted to turn off auto-pay since we were paying it off to prevent an additional payment afterwards. Just took my check to deposit it at Guardian CU! Nick has to be the rudest individual I've dealt with in a long time. For one thing, they never teach their employees how to read their blue deposit slips. And when I explained it to him, what I wanted done, he became very rude and told me the next time I came in there to go to another teller because he would not help me again! Maplesville, do better. Need more employees like Wanita!! She's a jewel!!
