Quick, efficient, very polite
I made it perfectly clear how much I wanted to spend building my new home. I kept a tight budget and kept track of money going out. Things went well in the beginning until thousands and thousands of extra dollars were being asked by subs. I had asked why the subs weren’t sticking to original bids and wasn’t given a clear answer.
