At first I was very happy when the repairs were started after a hailstorm messed up my roof, gutters and siding. I was told the roof was guaranteed for many years and if anything happened they would fix it. But after the first big rain I noticed I had a leak into my house. And one of the windows leaked where the new siding was put on. And the gutter on the north side was not set right so the rain just poured over the side. Not a real business or contractor for that matter. If you get a thrill out of being ghosted for a whole year in the most unprofessional manner, then by all means contact this fake business.
Very quick and easy process. Showed up on time to do an estimate as well as the job, very rare for a contractor. They were also able to schedule me on short notice, since I was moving. They finished the roof within hours. I would recommend Guardian construction to anyone!
Due to hail damage I reached out to Guardian for a bid. Jermy responded quickly and gave a bid that was competitive. They communicated with us during the entire process in a very professional manner. I would recommend Guardian for any needs based on our experience. Thank you Jermy, Andrea and crews.
Called to have work done on house setup a appointment to get an estimate never showed up call them said they would find out what was going on but never called back
