I came to this pharmacy to get a prescription for a minor ailment, but Paula, the pharmacist, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. At 11:00 AM on a Saturday morning, she claimed she didn’t have enough staff to help me. However, I could clearly see a cashier, Paula herself, and another person filling prescriptions. Terrible experience from Paula. Came in on a Saturday and both the drop off and pick-up window at their pharmacy were so dismissive to assist me after I drove 30 minutes. It seemed they were combative with one another as they were quick to pass me back and forth based what help they believed I needed without allowing me to thoroughly explain first.
