Called ahead of time to have my medication ready for pickup. I was told 30 minutes, but even after giving them 1.5 hours, my medication still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting at the store and getting late for work. What’s the point of calling ahead if the order isn’t going to be ready as promised? Very frustrating experience.
They always have what I want.
The customer service is terrible. I visited the store and the lady was having too much attitude. She was following me to every corner of store and never asked me if I need anything specific. When I ready for check out. She was so rude and staring at me with bad looks.
