I have had nothing but great experiences here. Reem has been very helpful/informative regarding my medications, being mindful of my circumstances/coverages and generally being knowledgeable about the products and side effects. And she makes it very clear what your options are and how to go about it. She even remembered that I had upped my dose a few weeks ago and asked me if it was working for me. If I could leave a zero I would! In the past they lost my faxed over prescription 3 times in a row (I ended up going with a different pharmacy) and today because I was desperate from a painful ear infection, something BC pharmacists are trained for and able to treat, I went right after they opened and the pharmacist on duty told me and I’m quoting “I can’t treat you we just opened I don’t have time for that” ma’am what is the core of your job and WHY is it APPARENTLY stocking shelves instead of treating people actively in ne... read more
My experience here was disappointing. While some staff were pleasant, the pharmacist I was referred to, a woman wearing a hijab, was dismissive and unhelpful unless I pressed her with questions. Her manner showed no sense of customer service. Because of this, I won’t be returning.
Im EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR GUARDIAN PHARMACY ON BOUNDARY I am so HAPPY for this telephone appointment with the doctor they arranged He listen to me and immediately sent me a requisition to get the appropriate tests done! And THE NEEDED MEDICATION I've been trying to convince my prior doctor to send me for these tests for my illness.
