What caught our attention when they referred us to this company was; that the owner and director of nursing services came to our home to meet with us directly, they were very helpful, and answered all questions; they made us feel at ease. Guardian Angels has been exceptional. The staff has done their best to ensure my child has the best care. My son has care 24/7 with excellent nurses that have become apart of our family. The agency is all about meeting the expectations of the family and constantly striving to be better. I highly recommend this agency for private duty nursing.
This has been one of the most compassionate and caring agencies I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend to any of my friends or family knowing they will truly be under the wings of some guardian angels here on earth.
After a couple weeks of care they dropped my son's care with very little notice and leaving him without care during the holiday week. They stated we lived too far away... we had not moved so they failed to look up our address prior to intake. We are NOT rural and about 10 minutes from the Rim.
