This is the worst nursing agency I've came across, they fail to keep you staffed especially for high acuity patients they make promises and "guarantee" you some type of staff and don't keep there word, I stayed awhole month without nurses just to find out they weren't fit for they type of patient they were working with smh and wasted my time training them, acting obliviously about the type of needs my daughter needed. I Don't recommend this nursing agency at all.
Guardian Angels Pediatric Home Care has been amazing for our family. The caregivers are kind, professional, and truly compassionate. Communication is always clear, and they make us feel supported and confident every step of the way. We’re very grateful for their care and highly recommend them.
Guardian Angels is the best they have helped me get so much help with son including therapies and helping with doctor's appointments they have also introduced us to some of the best nurses in San Antonio anytime we need something they are always there for me and my wife and my son I would recommend them to any looking for any pediatric home Care
This company is very bad they told me they had nurses ready fr me to start n they only had 1 nurse n fr 3 days only I was waiting fr them to get me nurses n never did I had to go back to my old company and then they try to call CPS on me saying I didnt no how to provide services to my child when they dnt even provide no nurses at all n the ones they did didnt even no trake care n how to bag my baby in case of emergency. They guarantee so much but do nothing. Dnt waste ur time w this company .its a waste of time w them .
