1st time using Guardian since they bought out Shreveport Security. Had an issue called that morning and they were there that afternoon to check it all out! Prompt service!
Billy from the alarm company called and said he was on his way. Shortly thereafter he arrived and as usual was prompt, professional, and gave us a kind greeting. Then Billy moved on to the process of figuring out the alarm problem. It didn’t take him long and he pinpointed the window that needed a new contact. Billy fixed the problem and we feel better now that our alarm system is in working order.
Very prompt service and resolved all my issues. I would highly recommend this company.
