Verified issue and resolved it. Took some time but stayed with it
Very professional young men that came to our home to fix an issue with our alarm system.
Install team showed up on time and completed new system install timely. I was shown the new control panels which I was told work basically the same as the old panels, but that was not true. I was able to get the manual emailed to me to learn the new panel. Also, the salesman told me with the new system I could have open windows when the system is armed, but he didn't tell me that requires a bypass on those windows, so that defeats the purpose of an armed system since it wouldn't go off if the windows were opened further. This company deserves all the praise I can offer. When our lives were turned upside down suddenly and we needed security protection in a hurry, they rose to the occasion. Their quote was fair and they completely over delivered on their installation time. They went over and above to take care of our large job and we are most delighted with their company representatives, their equipment, their expertise, installation, and with the ease of operation. Five stars does not even do them justice!
