They were very friendly and made sure that I understood everything that was happening and going to happen. Made sure to take what was a very traumatic experience and turned it into a fun little helicopter trip.
Review is average just like one of the above rater's. Billed insurance $66,955.96 for an hour transport from Showlow AZ to Phoenix, not sure why they bill unethical prices when insurance will only pay the agreed rate. When you are having an emergency medical episode the emergency room doctor orders air flight to nearest hospital to do the procedure. Charges should be around $6,000
Jessie and Rye transported our mother recently. Jessie called when they arrived in Flagstaff. She also continued to text with me until we arrived at the hospital. You both ROCK and mom is on the way to recovery. THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US
