Unfortunately, this was probably the worst personal care shopping experience in the entire mall. Other competitors here are significantly bigger, grander, cleaner, more comprehensive, and much better structured. It certainly didn't help that the store is currently going through a renovation, which makes for a horrid shopping experience altogether. Given that there are many convenient and superior alternatives nearby, I see no reason to return here.
I don’t know who you are, but I’m guessing she’s a promoter in the store because she was wearing an apron. I was in line to make a payment when she asked the cashier in front of me why I was paying at that counter, with a rude attitude and a face like hell! But the cashier didn’t respond to her question.
