Went there yesterday. supposedly get the rm10 coupon but the cashier kept it under their cashier counter. After i realized, i went back to counter and asked for the coupon. the cashier handed it to me without saying sorry or explaination. I emailed a complaint but the respond… so funny it seems like cs is on the staff’s side even though her action is very irrelevent. I won’t recommend to support this kind of retail store.
Next time please label betul2 yg mana tester...I'm looking for deodorant and test of one it which opened by someone before bcz it's got a stain that it used before...since I test it the staff forced me to pay....very irresponsible...
