Customer service paling teruk! Datang untuk tukar barang. Sebelum tu saya check dulu barang yang saya nak tukar tu ada stok @ tidak. Stok ada dalam 3@4 macam tu so saya proceed ke kaunter untuk tukar barang sekali bawa receipt. Barang yg hendak ditukar masih dalam keadaan elok, plastik belum dibuka. 15 minit menunggu, staf datang kepada saya dan mengatakan bahawa barang itu tidak boleh ditukar kerana tiada stok & harga telah bertukar.
