Edit: Coming onto the second case i filed and just recently got finalized. The communication was so poor between negotiations to finalizing and even everything in between all of my doctors appointments. I can never get anyone to answer the phone
Horrible communication skills with clients. Don't understand what tax documents they should provide their clients. I swear I hope no one uses them. I have no idea how they are still in business
