They don’t pick up the phone and when they do you can never get in touch with anybody . The communication is beyond terrible . 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend to NOBODY .

I switched to Guardian from my original attorney because they promised a better rate. The attorney that I was assigned to was very nice. However after being assigned to the negotiations department there wasn’t any communication. This lawyer firm lacks professionalism. I had to call more than 4 times to get an update on my case. They didn’t provide me proof of the demand letter, my medical bills or anything. My previous attorney updated me and sent me everything. These people sucks!!! They have my case and now it’s been three weeks I am trying to reach them out but I can not!!!
They take more money than they give you and do not answer calls I’m pretty sure most these reviews are fake go with a different law firm got more money with my old firm than this one I should of just went back to Morgan and Morgan and with that case it was a minor hit this one totaled a brand new car and only got a couple thousand they didn’t have any of the pictures on record that I sent in and kept switching lawyers so no one actually knew what was going on in my case DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
