My case has reached its finally phase, I'm waiting for payment and it's been crickets. I've been reaching out to them for 3 weeks to get an update, I have left vm and verbal messages for Jarret... no response. I would not recommend this law firm.
I would not recommend this law group to anyone. My experience with the Guardian Law Group has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It feels impossible to get in touch with them; they rarely answer the phone, and when I leave a message, I never receive a return call. My case has been ongoing for a year and a half, and there has been no progress or results. The lack of communication and action from this firm has been unacceptable. Guardian Law reached out to ME to take over my car accident case. I hate that I ever got involved with them. Their communication is terrible. I was supposed to be in the negotiation phase and haven’t heard from them in two months… If I could give negative zero stars I would.
