Better educate your staff to practise common courtesy! At the cashier, I was queuing behind a lady who was in the middle of paying, the cashier was just beginning to scan her items and then come one of her friends with her stuff and the lady allows her to add in her items with hers. For me, ok la, coz one payment. But then another friend came by and after the first lady finishes the cashier allows her to cut the line and pay after her friend's turn. One of the staff working at here is damn rude, talks in a very harsh tone. She said no crossing here, no crossing here, don’t u see the board say can’t cross here?”, talking impatiently. Bruh, the board is saying caution wet floor, and I’m not crossing the path u just mopped on purpose.. the other two paths were blocked by others… Please review your staff, she is a slim Malay woman. However, the other staff served me well, she speaks gently which makes a big difference with the rude staff. :D

One of the staff yang x friendly & xhelpful.cakap kasar dgn customer.bila di tnya . sepatutnya cakap elok2. xrugi pn kalau cakap baik2 dgn customer.bukan smua customer faham.kalau alat cosmetics tu xboleh nk test .just lekat kt situ kata no tester. Ni datang kt customer ckp kasar.belajar la cakap elok2 dgn customer.x mcm di Watson layanan yg baik Dan stff friendly
