Very rude staff. I wanted to make a payment but had to call twice before anyone came to the counter because they were too busy chatting. When the staff finally came to the counter, she was extremely rude and raised her voice at me when I asked for guidance on how to create a Guardian member account. This happened around 12 noon, 19 April 2025. The staff was free hair, and the name tag started with the letter N. Please educate your staff properly. Customers come to shop, not to be treated like that.
