I think i jst got scammed because after i checked my receipt, it said the mascara i bought was 27 ringgit but when i first saw the price, it was 16 ringgit. I think they forgot to update the price

I’m disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The staff on duty (St: 8274) was inattentive and even addressed me incorrectly as “Miss,” despite me clearly stating my membership details. She appeared tired and uninterested, giving the impression that serving customers was a burden rather than part of her role. As a regular customer, I expect better attentiveness and basic courtesy. I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. The staff (especially hijab staff) were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked a simple question about a product, and instead of assisting me, they rolled their eyes and spoke in a very dismissive tone. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. With so many beauty stores out there, customer service should matter. I won’t be coming back here again.
