I bought a few bottles of water at your store. The staff ( malay girl) asked if I was a member, and I replied that I was not. She might not have heard me. After that, she looked unhappy and threw the change on the counter when returning it to me. I felt uncomfortable with this experience. I hope the service attitude can be improved. Thank you.
