Hi, I went to your store on 30/5 around 6.45pm-7pm with 2 large shopping bags from other stores. I was in rush and my hand bumped into Glad 2 Glow products on the shelf when I was swatching the shades. One of the products fell into my shopping bag that I placed near the shelf and I only realised when I got back home. It’s G2G berry peptide eye cream. I do not use the product and will return the product earliest on Monday. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience🙏🏻

Wanted to redeem my points and the staff told me she’s new and doesn’t know how to do it. Am i supposed to know too? Then when the senior staff came, asked me if i have their app to redeem a voucher. I have clearly said i dont and i just want to redeem my points. She rudely said “ya la if you got then can do if no it’s ok”. For the first time ever rasa annoying dan turn off nak membeli dekat sini sbb behaviour dua female staff kat sini. You know who you are if you read this. Making joke on customer name while asking for their member is not nice okay? Just fix your attitude after this. I selalu shopping kat sini tapi today i rasa meluat gila. I didnt get the point why nak samakan nama i dgn artis yg tgh ada isu skrg ni, sama ada you sengaja or tak. Gurau ke tak , please respect.
