When I was lining up to pay, there were two queues. I joined one of them, but the other queue already served at least four customers. Finally, when it was my turn to pay, the cashier told me I had to line up in the other queue. So I directly said, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier to go to the other line? I’ve been waiting for so long, and only now you tell me when it’s my turn.” I put the item I was holding on a shelf directly and left. Then the cashier even raised her voice and said I was “so rude.”
