Beware - Guardia Construction is terrible. John Diaz uses sub contractors that do not cary licenses - which reflected in his work. John is the only individual that carry’s licenses despite the contract we signed. The first 2 sub contractors he fired and he brought on another to finish the job. The sub contractor used his friends who were not insured to help him complete the job.
