Beware - Guardia Construction is terrible. John Diaz uses sub contractors that do not cary licenses - which reflected in his work. John is the only individual that carry’s licenses despite the contract we signed. The first 2 sub contractors he fired and he brought on another to finish the job. The sub contractor used his friends who were not insured to help him complete the job. Hardwood floors where not installed correctly and they used deck stain to cover up grey stain that did not adhere correctly. John was unresponsive h... read more
