MyPlace Self Storage is a horrible model, no customer svc, uninformed front desk, Imported Charges with no explanations, charge backs for inquiries on their charges with no explanation, threats to lock down storage even if payments are on time e.g. autopsy.
I had a great experience with this storage facility. Selena was very helpful and informative, she made the process quick and easy.The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure . Access was convenient, and I had no issues the entire time. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.
