Guardbox was a great experience the problem is that they have changed to my place storage which they are very unprofessional they do not communicate even with the changes Guardbox didn’t send an email out until recently on the changes that was and has been made under the contract now, when you try to contact someone due to the changes that they have made in new contract, you can’t get in contact with anybody and when you do, they act like they can’t find your account when the information is there the prices has increase They... read more
They bought out a local small business. I didn't get any notification because I left a VOIP number and email rather than a cellphone. I had multiple units with individual payment due dates. The company changed the due date by prorating to adjust all due on same day. That really screwed up my cash flow. They front office support very cordial and professional, but had no answers to my questions or concerns. There's more, but I have to get off here so I can continue to look for a replacement storage company nearby.
This is one of the best well kept and secured storage. I have been here for years and never had a problem. Lakeisha Romero is a very great property manager that's meets all your needs and beyond.
Keisha welcomed me with a smile ready to assist me answered all my questions she was every professional, excellent customer service made it easy for me to rent, prices were great.
