Took advantage of us being new home owners. We told the guy when we signed the papers that we had a dog and cats. He said it was fine. Another guy as he was installing the cameras said that the dog or cats will most likely set the alarm system off. Well they did set it off so we haven't used the alarm system in 5 years and every time we try to cancel they want to charge us a crazy amount of money. I've called and never got a call back. Should have never signed the papers but being first time buyers they took advantage of us

This is guardomatic's work on a brand new construction install. This is below low skill in the trade. We are out here to try and piece together what they did not finish. Any company that leaves their new install work like this should never be used again.
My smartphone stopped disarming the home. It only armed. They want to charge me for a rep to come OUT for $85 an hour. WHY? JUST REBOOT THE SYSTEM. 😭
