At this time I am not happy with Gaurd and trust because they keep taking money from my account and they sold the business in April to new owners, yet they have taken two payments from my account that they should not have. And the number that they have i can't reach anyone. And in order to put a stop to this they are causing me to have to get a new card. There is a right way to do anything and definitely in business. I hated this place management never responded back and when you call they always say they will contact a supervisor but they don't call you back and then you never actually speak to one. Hopefully the new company does a better job!
I had lost my keys to there lock on my unit so I called them to see what I had to do and when they got back to me they are going to put a new lock on it and it's not going to cost me a arm and leg. I've had to call them a couple of times before and they hav always been so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a place to store there stuff. They have fair prices for the units they have also. Thanks for caring.
I rented a 10x20 unit. The issue I had was I couldn't put my trailer in it because of a center support. That is the only I had with that unit. If I need a smaller unit I will use them. Very friendly people.
Always responsive when i called.
