I had lost my keys to there lock on my unit so I called them to see what I had to do and when they got back to me they are going to put a new lock on it and it's not going to cost me a arm and leg. I've had to call them a couple of times before and they hav always been so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a place to store there stuff. They have fair prices for the units they have also. Thanks for caring.

I rented a 10x20 unit. The issue I had was I couldn't put my trailer in it because of a center support. That is the only I had with that unit. If I need a smaller unit I will use them. Very friendly people.

Sold me a unit that was already taken. Got to the lot, spent two hours trying to get help on the phone, management would not respond to agents messages or calls, agent had to reassign me a unit half the size, which doesn’t meet my needs AT ALL. I ended up having to dish MORE money out for a new unit today at a different store. Absolutely horrible experience.
