DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I requested a COI with an additional insured LAST WEEK. It has been over a week for them to send me a certificate. It takes 3 minutes max to add an additional insured to a certificate. They originally said 3 business days. It’s been 6 business days since my request. I called them, and was told that no manager or supervisor was available to take a call from me as one of their clients. Spent 40 minutes on the phone and still no COI. Please do not do business with this company, they are thiefs and charge you months after closing your workers comp account, they will close it when they decide it and never send you a notification for closing account so they can continue to charge. They work with Paychex that has 1* reviews! STAY AWAY!
