Be wary of using this title company. Attempted to give us an old survey on the last day of set period for buyers to produce a survey to trap us into paying for a new survey even though it was previously requested for. Extremely slow on returning released earnest money (it took them a week and a half and they only released it after I called to ask why it hadn’t been released yet). Realtor and title company definitely seemed to be on the same page of sneakiness experienced by both parties.
They are very gracious!
