I cannot rate my experience working with Mike Diot in purchasing my home highly enough. wonderful experience with Michael Diot buying my first condo. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I would recommend him to anyone in the future! I can't say enough about the integrity and professionalism of Mike Diot at Guaranty Federal. My wife and I had some major roadblocks from the start but Mike helped us every step of the way. The regulatory environment has gotten a gazillion times worse since our first house purchase so when we upgraded to our new home it was increasingly more difficult.
