I have banked here for years and I thought they were a decent bank but they definitely care about the money over the customers. My husband got his check deposited a day late without our knowledge and we were charged multiple overdraft fees from prescheduled payments. I explained to them the situation and they made us wait 4 business days and 3 phone calls before deciding to finally decline waiving not even one fee.
