Sorry to here the location will be closing. I opened my business account here because of the location. Guaranty was taken over by Independent and the this branch was announced for closure. Dissapointing.

Not very happy about my experience this morning. Whoever this new hire they have answering the phones and asking questions, She sounds extremely snooty when i am inquiring about my account. I understand you have questions to always ask me but i have never spent 10 min on the phone just to see if a deposit has gone through. Maybe 3-5 questions but never 10+ let alone if your giving us info about the money we allow you to hold in your bank you need to start learning a thing or 2 in costumer service. Worst branch EVER for Guaranty Bank and Trust. A turnover of new staff has clearly affected this branch. The current lineup of nasty women seems to run deep. There is a clear lack of respect, courtesy, and customer service. I will have my staff and myself go out of our way NOT to do business at this location ever again.
