Great company. I would recommend it to friends. We used this company when we purchased our house. This was the first time we ever purchased a house. The agant's name is Phil. He was so patient with us and walked us through all the details involved in the financial aspect of purchasing a house. At the time our work schedules did not allow us to meet with him during the week, and he was so accomodating and met with us several times during weekends, and he drove to a Guaranty location that was most convenient to us. Fabulous to work with! We used Greg Vial at this Guaranty location for the purchase of our first house. He is wonderful! He made everything so easy and answered all of our questions. We still contact him if we have any questions and he is very prompt at getting back to us. He can also do mortgages in IL.
