Awesome bank, as a lender thats worked at another local bank for 5 years, after leaving I now realize what a great staff can actually get done. Guaranty Bank approves more loans than my previous bank and Guaranty Bank has true professionals in their mortgage department. Its a blessing to be on board with such a great staff.
I have banked with Guaranty Bank for several years now. I always go to the Kearney branch, which I am always very happy with the customer service their. So I went to the Guaranty Bank on Sunshine, WOW what a different story. Went their to pull out a home loan for \$40,000. Which I had 50% to put down. They refused to give me a loan and did it with hate. They wouldnt even want to try, since my credit is "less than perfect" which I guess 690 is less than perfect.
