Terrible customer service, inept skills, bad communication, horribly ran by a group of women who I wouldnt trust to watch my pets. Its either poor training or just bad managment from the top down. How can 1 branch be so different from the other? If i could give 0 stars I would.

Went inside to deposit cash into checking account. Waited on by a very lovely and friendly person named Charloute (I believe this was her name). A great smile and attitude which is the epitome of exceptional customer service. Thank you.
Only one had friendly service. On north Glenstone I waited, with no line, for help. It then took almost five minutes of typing, two people, and two computers to cash a couple hundred dollar check. 🤯
