Used to have free change exchange for customers with account. Now they suggest pick and save where you get charged.
The feds should not have allowed them to continue operating after their acquisition by First Citizens under the guaranty bank name. All the branches in Wisconsin should have been shut down and First Citizens should have opened banks under their own name. Terrible customer service, dishonest and deceptive business practices, a disgrace to banking.
They doesn't deserve one star. My friend's money has been stolen out of her account talking about she have to have $300 or better if not she'll be charge a service fee which 5 bucks supposedly be taken once a month less than a month's time over $10 was taken and over $12 was taken out of the other. To make a long story short she made a withdrawal for $700 the teller cheated her out of $95.26 then when she called the manager lying about it.
