Spoke with agent Lucy who was so very kind and helped me to find the info I’ve been trying to find. Been with Guaranty Bank for decades and customer service has ALWAYS been great. And this bank actually answers the phone. Not so for US Bank and others. Thanks, Lucy and Guaranty! You’re awesome!
You send money to them and the rip you off. At 3 PM I did a direct transfer where I sent money instantly to my debit card through PayPal. But now they’re not gonna honor it and charge me a overdraft fee, even though I had an available balance yesterday to cover it..
It is so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a ONE.
