We do a neighborhood Assn account here. Thanks for the service and convenience of your lobby and staff. We hope to pay down the loan quickly and wrap up our commitment.
Getting really frustrated with the app requiring password changes non stop, like all the time and they can't be the same as the last 3 passwords so it's really difficult to keep track of the current one...and then you only have 3 login attempts or your password is completely locked and you have to call the bank to unlock ....except you can't do that on weekends....so I can't access my bank most of the time. Terrible app and design that barely works even when logged in.
