We chose Guaranteed Windows and Doors to replace our front door. We went to their competition first and were shocked by their price for the exact same door that we got from Guaranteed. Everybody at Guaranteed was professional and very helpful in choosing colour's and glass. The install by Chris was amazing!! We are so happy with the end result. He went above and beyond. Mario and his crew were professional and responsive. They went above and beyond by replacing one of my window sills with a new piece of stone at no extra cost. My only complaint at almost a year after installing is that all the windows (single hung) are difficult to lock. The windows appear to be installed a little too tight?
We are extremely pleased that we went with Guarenteed to replace every window and door throughout our home. The office staff are very friendly and Mario is wonderful to work with answering any questions and making sure all our needs were met. I watched your driver in a pickup truck speed down lauzon go straight through a turning lane cutting off other cars then proceed to weave between lanes. I wish I had gotten a license plate to give to police. If you are going to hire awful people who drive like animals don’t advertise on your trucks. November 15 2024 just after 1pm.
They replaced all of my windows a couple months ago and I was happy with them through every step of the process! They have very reasonable prices: about half the price of the more common names in the area, yet still have an excellent warranty. They worked with me to make sure I got windows that qualified for the Enbridge rebate at the time. The removal and installation was great and as clean as possible.
