I don't know what the heck happened to this company. They used to be good, but now they are just a straight up scam. 3 times now they have claimed they couldn't complete service because the party was no longer at the address provided, and 3 times when we used a different process server, the documents were served on the person at that same address no problem. We will not be using Guaranteed ever again.

I have never seen any organization work like this. I paid them $85 once; they said they couldn’t get access to the given address or the person, and they refunded me $25. I called them to do my work again and they charged me $85. I even provided my defendant contact information so that whenever they go to his house they can call him to check if he is there. During my over 30 years of being a paralegal, I have had the need to serve many documents on individuals through constables and/or process service agencies. I have had needed to serve within Pennsylvania, in New Jersey and other states. When needed I always had success using Guaranteed Subpoena. Their results show true to the company name.
