My attorney hired this service and they were given clear and specific details of times and days to provide their services. They completely disregarded these our request and the result created chaos in my legal situation because they couldn’t follow simple directions. When contacted for refund they refused. NEVER hire this company!
This company is completely ineffective at their job. They do the exact opposite of their slogan - it's like they go out of their way to avoid serving people to rack up more costs. I can't fathom another service that could operate like this and survive.
I don't know what the heck happened to this company. They used to be good, but now they are just a straight up scam. 3 times now they have claimed they couldn't complete service because the party was no longer at the address provided, and 3 times when we used a different process server, the documents were served on the person at that same address no problem. We will not be using Guaranteed ever again.
