I have never seen any organization work like this. I paid them $85 once; they said they couldn’t get access to the given address or the person, and they refunded me $25. I called them to do my work again and they charged me $85. I even provided my defendant contact information so that whenever they go to his house they can call him to check if he is there. During my over 30 years of being a paralegal, I have had the need to serve many documents on individuals through constables and/or process service agencies. If you can request Patty she is the best of the best! She cares. She understands this is likely one of the hardest stressful things someone has to go through. I can’t say enough good things about her. She took the stress and concerns I had about the process off my hands and handled my case like a true professional. This organization needs more Patty’s.
