The Groupon advertisement is misleading. It states “one voucher per household” for carpet cleaning, but it doesn’t mention anywhere that a single chair can only be cleaned once every six months. Does that mean if you have two chairs, you can only get each one cleaned six months apart? Their customer service is terrible, and Groupon’s support isn’t any better.

Excellent! I have a small house and access was challenging. Franky was very particular and professional, and did a thorough job. And most importantly, was incredibly kind and patient with my nervous dogs - he was very conscientious of where they were at all times and how the noise of the equipment was affecting them. Great guy, great company to work with. On time, under budget, and worked safely. Would highly recommend.
