Jimmy came to my home same day of my initial call and was very kind, patient, courteous and explained everything as he went. He worked tirelessly to clear the clog and with it being so close to the holidays I was very impressed with the company and the quick turnaround for help. The technician, James, who came out was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not every day you meet someone that polite and knowledgeable, he really knew what he was doing. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend them to others.
Guaranteed Rooters came very highly recommended from my real estate agent who had great luck with them previously. Nate came out to try and fix a drain in my basement that was backing up. He was very thorough, to the point of trekking through brush and inspecting my septic tank to ensure that he was correctly diagnosing the problem. I had a clogged toilet and drain at our house. I spoke with Nathan and Tyler came out the next morning, did some good detective work, expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was no easy task as had to get into our crawl space to get at a clogged trap. On time, good communication, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
