I contacted Guaranteed Rooter after a previous company told me the pipe at my office had broken. Jimmy, the tech that came out, was able to determine that it was not broken and didn't need replacing. He supplied me with a video and walked me through all the footage. He was extremely professional and very informative. An absolute nightmare of an experience. I had a slow running tub and bathroom sink which was more of an inconvenience than a crisis. The service man Dave ran the snake for approximately 15 minutes--- the tub filled with dirty black water and didn't drain at all. The tub and sink area were left a total mess and I was told " ill clean this up but you'll need a plumber". Drain doesn't run at all, tub filled with black water and he sped away from my home.
My septic company referred me to Guaranteed Rooters for help with my clogged drain. Jimmy came to my home same day of my initial call and was very kind, patient, courteous and explained everything as he went. He worked tirelessly to clear the clog and with it being so close to the holidays I was very impressed with the company and the quick turnaround for help. I had a great experience with Guaranteed Plumbing! They responded quickly and got the job done efficiently. The technician, James, who came out was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not every day you meet someone that polite and knowledgeable, he really knew what he was doing. I really appreciated the great service and would definitely recommend them to others.
