I am very satisfied with the high quality work performed by Tanner C., Will B., and the Guaranteed Roofing & Gutters crew working in Eastern SD after the storms in 2022. They were extremely thorough and easy to work with. They returned to take extra pictures to ensure the insurance claim was accurate. I had a great experience with Tanner and his crew. They went above and beyond to get my roof and gutters repaired after the storms last summer. The roof was repaired to better condition than before. Tanner worked with my insurance to get additional work covered
11/26/22 Just witnessed an employee of guaranteed roofing and gutters driving on a main street in Rapid City with an unsecured load of roofing and siding materials. The material fell off the back of his truck and nearly hit the vehicle behind him. The employee then flipped the bird to the driver of the vehicle behind him. Very unprofessional display.. These guys did a great job in a very timely manner. Tanner and Aaron Hockett were very professional, answering my questions and always there if I needed anything. Thank you guys!
We were hit by the summer storm as well and Tanner and his crew went above and beyond to fix our roof and gutters. Would highly recommend them. Made the process very easy and had the job done so quickly. Very professional and Thorough. Need more businesses like this one!
