Communication was excellent, knowledge of flat roof EPDM, showed up on-time, cleaned debris, install of railings on my flat roof was done with great attention to detail, repairs made to my epdm flat roof ,by a less than competent contractor, was a relief, my many questions were answered and I was encouraged to ask anything..Sean and Liam are both true professionals who take pride in their work. I could not be happier with my experience with Guaranteed Roofing!!
Alex and his team did a fantastic job with my roof! A big crew showed up, worked great together, and left the property clean. Even my neighbors commented on the job they did. Check them out; you won't be disappointed!
They were extremely responsive and I had an appointment booked within a day of speaking to them. Very fair priced. I had an old satellite removed from our roof and roof repaired. We are very happy with the job. Highly recommend!
