The most important part of the whole process is the closing, and that should be the best day of the mortgage process unless the people at your mortgage company screw something up and then don’t take responsibility for it. Because they forgot to ask me a very important question my closing became extremely stressful and then when I needed help from them, it was as if it was my fault and I made the mistake and this caused extra stress which, as far as I’m concerned is bullshit . I would never recommend using this company ever.
Shant, Sarah, Kyle, and team were so great to work with. They answered any questions I had, no matter the time or day they were always available. They worked hard and fast, and even processed paperwork ahead of schedule.
