As we were getting ready to close, our lender decided to change companies, as Guaranteed Rate had made some changes in leadership that discouraged our lender. Our loan was handed off to Cody, whom was delayed in his communications, and seemed unaware of reasons for any delay in our closing. We were supposed to receive our final CD on Friday 10/13.
