Shimi Globman and his team ARE THE BEST !! They worked tirelessly on our behalf to obtain a mortgage and met all deadlines on time even though we closed in 30 days!! Shimi spent an hour of his time to get me locked into rate as it started to go up and then when it dropped he renegotiated for me for free and saved me $30 a month for next 30 years($10,800 over duration of loan).
