I had a poor experience with Guaranteed Rate specifically with Joseph Nowacki. He was very unresponsive the entire process and everything took so long. I called this gentleman 5 times, left voicemails, emails and text messages. No response or return call. He did not communicate with me or review mortgage numbers with me. I dealt with Joseph and it is unfortunate that I can not provide this company with a five star review. From the beginning I explained to him what my situation was in trying to secure a loan. He assured me he could get it done and fell through on it. I had initially asked him not to run my credit if he did not think he could get it done, but he once again reassured me that it would be no problem.
My husband and I were terrified to move forward with buying our first home but after speaking with Laura Lush we need we were in the perfect hands to move forward. Without her we would have NEVER purchased. She answer every single question/concern we had at anytime. I truly felt I had a best friend along my side this whole entire process. My family and I recently purchased our first home and we couldn’t have asked for better mortgage company, they did everything they could to make the best accommodations for us. Buying an house is not easy process especially as a first home buyer ,therefore also having a mortgage company that has the same vision as you and has you back definitely eases the process. Michelle Lewis is completely incompetent at her job. She is a horrible mortgage broker and I would highly recommend staying away from her and her team. Guaranteed Rate management would not return phone calls and did not seem to care about her work product and the fact that it almost caused 3 real estate deals to blow up. Careless mistakes were made by her. Stay away!
