These guys are terrible. They issued a "pre-approval " and then declined the loan. After that, they strung the process out, saying that they would find another lender just to generate more fees I assume. Cheryl is a disaster and rude. Good luck getting any involvement from Brian other than lip service. The only thing "guaranteed" here is a huge hassle, rude unresponsive people and lots of fees.
